The Kingston Estate has recently been taken over and is now a family run business. Our main aim is to make sure you have a fantastic time in the most tranquil of settings, whether you visit us on holiday or attend a special event at Kingston.

We are continuing to improve the accommodation and facilities to ensure that it meets today's highest standards.

The general site of Kingston has been occupied for centuries however the present house was built in 1735 for John Rowe a wealthy wool merchant and is considered by many historians to be one of the finest surviving Georgian gentleman's residence in Devon. The elegant house is complemented with a series of gardens, some interconnecting that have been sympathetically restored and planted according to the prevailing tastes of the period.
